On April, 16 on the area at Kamal's theatre meeting inhabitants of has taken place. Was about 250 person. Deputies of the State Advice of Tatarstan of Sadykov R.G. and Stolyarova N.K. have acted. In their statements questions of the overestimated tariffs of housing and communal services, poor-quality construction, and an arbitrariness of authority have sounded concerning voters. Traditionally, with the whole set of new ideas the co-chairman Public chamber — national Assembly RT Zarifullin R.M has acted. The first problem: in Tatarstan housing construction (reduction of his volumes for the first quarter 2006 has practically failed in comparison with the similar period of the last year in 3 times). The new approach, new mechanisms of the social mortgage is necessary. Such ideas have National Assembly. The second problem is ecology.  Due to an engineering plan of city authorities citizens of Kazan drink turnaround waste water which through Kazanka again acts on a city  water-fence from a water pipe. Desease of inhabitants of is higher, than in other cities of the region. The third problem — inheritance of authority. The bureaucracy of Tatarstan, the arbitrariness and neglect to people creates conditions that lineal heirs of authority in Tatarstan would be gangsters and the variant clan disassemblies would be realized.
